Through the installation process of Night Visions’ products, it is critical that experienced professionals utilize the proper tools to accomplish the task at hand.  If at any time a person not associated with Night Visions were to make any modifications or substitutions to any products, fixtures, wiring, bulbs or any other merchandise supplied by Night Visions, the stated warranty will be considered null and void.

The following schedule outlines the specific warranties for the products and services offered by Night Visions:

Installation

• 1 year from installation

Fixtures

• Varies from 5 years to lifetime warranties.  Lifetime limited warranties on all fixtures with the purchase of a maintenance program
• Specific warranty information will be provided upon fixture selection

Transformers

• Stainless Steel:     Lifetime Warranty
• Powder Coated:    Ten (10) Year Warranty

Bulbs

• One (1) Year Warranty on original installation
• Any bulbs needing to be replaced due to acts by home owner or a contractor of the home owner are not covered within the warranty stipulations

Warranty Limitations

• Damage or destruction resulting from fire, wind, rain, freezing, lightening, insects, animals, acts of God, or other acts that is not reasonably within the control of Night Visions.
• Normal weathering of exterior fixtures, transformers, or mountings.
• Consequential damages caused by any replacement materials.
